The match is held over a period of 48hrs and is a sponsored fishing match.

The match in 2026 will be held at Willow Park Fishery in Ash, Aldershot, this lovely fishery have been our hosts since 2022 and has 4 lovely lakes on site. The match is held on the biggest of these lakes.

Willow Park has some great facilities on site including a on site cafe, toilets, well stocked tackle shop, and shower facilities.

During the weekend there will be other events going on, these include a raffle, tombola, bottle tombola and auction with the occasional prize draw. You are also able to purchase cookies, cakes and cast-4-life merchandise at the event with all profits from all of the above mentioned going to Cancer Research Uk.

There are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as well as for the biggest single fish and the smallest single fish, the prizes are the following

1st place - Trophy and Gold medal each, Plague (to be returned for each match) bottle of bubbly each and a bait bundle.

2nd place - silver trophy and bottle of bubbly each.

3rd place - Bronze medal and bottle of bubbly each.

Biggest Fish - Trophy, bottle of bubbly and bait prize.

Smallest Fish - Wooden Spoon and Angling Direct Gift Card.

The entry fee to take part in the match is £200 per pair. 50% to be paid at time of reserving spot and balance to be paid at a specified time.
